Opis posla:
- Assists with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Reviews HR policies and initiatives in order to ensure compliance with corporate standards;
- Managing the recruitment process by posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates and conducting interviews;
- Coordinates training plan for the personnel, and tracks employee progress within the onboarding program;
- Coordinates various HR projects (training, surveys, organizational events etc.);
- Provides clerical and administrative support to HR executives;
- Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) and prepares all necessary documentation to comply with local regulations;
Zahtevi:
- 3 years of experience working as an HR assistant or in a relevant HR position (essential);
- University degree (BA in Business administration or BA in Economics preferred);
- Knowledge of various employment laws and practices in relation to the appropriate documentation needed;
- Recruiting experience (familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews, interviewing for junior level positions and onboarding processes);
- Effective HR administration knowledge;
- Great interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
- Hands on involvement & proactive attitude, attention to detail;
