Opis posla:
- A minimum of 7 years of directly applicable HR experience.
- A BS/BA in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred.
- A post graduate degree will be considered an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of local labor laws applicable.
- Must have demonstrated competence in supporting and facilitating the day-to-day HR needs: employee relations, recruitment, organizational planning and development, coaching and an understanding of compensation and benefits.
- Must have well-honed influencing skills and a proven track record of providing outstanding HR consultation to internal clients.
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain HR policies, processes and practices in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in this fast-moving, constantly changing environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
Zahtevi:
- Participates in achieving company goals in the field of human resources and recognizes room for improvement in all strategic HR issues.
- Creates an annual HR plan in accordance with the budget, initiates and leads individual HR projects and initiatives.
- Provides support and guidance to, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law requirements.
- Managing employees labor law related processes (e.g.: disciplinary cases, restructuring, court claims, etc.).
- Identifies recruitment needs and close staffing gaps in line with the recruitment and selection procedures.
- Leads and organizes job systematization.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Reviews the accuracy of monthly payroll.
- Provides the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
- Identifies training needs of the organization; plans the annual training offering and ensures excellent implementation of all capability building initiatives.
- Builds strong relationships, fostering trust and promoting collaboration with colleagues
