Key activities

• To receive and supply all accounting data to prepare official accounting documents of the Company

Key Responsibility Areas

• To prepare invoice and supplier management.
• To do invoices register, check, posting.
• To check Contracts (approved contractual value, tariffs, fees, etc.) .
• To do general accounting.
• To ensure invoices payment validation.
• To support for tax matter to tax unit.
• To support personnel accounting (salaries posting, expense reports, med expenses, expatriates insurances and social contributions).
• To support internal costs allocations.
• To support capitalizations.
• To support accounting system maintenance.
• To support chart of accounts
• Any other Duties as assigned by FM

Qualifications

• Strong academicals background
• 3/5 years of experience in Finance
• Excellent oral and written English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Educational Qualifications

• Accredited University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
• Master preferable

Expected start date:

• 1^st of April 2018
