 Multinational energy company engaged in oil & gas activities is looking for the following position for their offices in Podgorica- Bar:

• To provide HSE support to operations at logistic base (Bar), waste management contractor site (Bar), hangar (Podgorica) and offshore (contractors’ surveillance and performance monitoring, waste management, audits and inspections);
• To promote at contractor’s premises the encouragement / rewards system in place in order to stimulate workers to improve the HSE culture and increase involvement in HSE initiatives (i.e. stop work authority, SHOC system);
• To investigate incidents and accidents and issue investigation reports;
• To ensure support on emergencies according to the Company’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP).
• To provide support on HSE statistics and reporting; \
• To support development technical procedures, operating instructions, HSE plans, reporting and attend internal meetings and with Authorities;
• To support the implementation and monitoring of the HSE Integrated Management Systems (HSE-IMS) in support of Company’s activities.

Candidate Specifications:

• Ability to make quick decision and work without or with a minimum supervision;
• Availability to carry out tasks to be performed offshore (audits, inspections);
• Excellent motivation;

• Communication & interpersonal skills;
• Initiative, proactivity;  Strong willingness to learn and strong dedication;
• Focus on result; 
• Ability to work in multicultural environments;
• Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality.

Quallifications:

• Accredited University Degree in environmental / chemical / mechanical / civil / mining engineering, geology or biology; 2-3 years proven experience in HSE; 
•  Proven experiences in industrial sites, Oil & Gas industry and offshore activities are a strong advantage; Fluent in Montenegrin;
• Very good written and spoken English;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
