Opis posla:

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Support the company Health Manager for medical support and Occupational health issues.
Coordinate, execute and support all the health activities related with in country MEDEVAC from the fields and the MEDEVAC abroad.
Support and follow up the patients in the company.
Support, escort and follow up the sick personnel in Country coordinating all related with general medical attention, specialized medical attention, laboratories, test and rehabilitation.
Perform the necessary activities to fulfil the country health requirements for the company
Perform and follow up the fitness to work program including health surveillance.
Input of health standards and procedures into the Field HSE-MS/Health MS.
Setting standards for monitoring contracts with third party health & medical service providers.
Follow up and monitoring the health activities in the fields
Coordination the administrative activities for third medical services, providers, duties and medical records
Assure the Health reporting to Natural Resources Health Dpt
Perform and follow up the industrial hygiene program.
Provide necessary support & monitoring for activities as a family doctor for employees & families

Zahtevi:

Required Competencies:

The job holder must have proven:

A medical / health professional expertise
Ability to travel to all field locations.

Minimum job requirements:

Internationally recognized medical degree meeting the requirements for a doctor / paramedic. (mandatory)
Recognize degree/certification in Emergency medicine and occupational medicine (Desirable)
Experience in Oil & Gas Industry (Desirable)
Fluent English

Suggested trainings and courses:

Emergency Courses (BLS, BTLS, ITLS, ACLS, BT)
Health Management
Occupational Health course
