Organizes the operational and investment maintenance, development and implementation of new projects of the Company assets within scope of responsibility:

  • All petrol stations within retail network
  • Head Office in Podgorica,
  • Volumeters and equipment related to volumeters for fuel loading/unloading at the Bar Terminal,
  • Calibration of volumeters at Podgorica and Tivat Terminals and at trucks and refuellers,
  • Buildings of idle assets

Organizes or carries out administration work required for the above listed maintenance duties: identification and decision on suitable suppliers/contractors, including negotiations if needed, estimation and justification of the budget, preparation of tender documentation when needed, follow up on the invoices including preparation and approval of relevant transactions in SAP.




Participates in identification and preparation of projects’ proposals for annual and long-term maintenance, development and investment plans within the Division and at the Company level.




Carries out process of implementation of network development and other investment projects for petrol stations network, including construction of new petrol stations and reconstruction and modernization of the existing ones.




Collaborates with other departments in the technical maintenance process, as well as in process  of identification and implementation of development and investment projects in other departments within the Operations Division and within the Company.




Collaborates with HSSE manager in the process of operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of all protection systems (occupational safety, fire & explosion safety, environmental safety and safety of people and assets) at the Company level.





Ensures that all necessary operations procedures, manuals and records are in place and followed, in accordance with regulations, to protect the best interests of the Compamy, the subordinates and the Company assets.




Prepares, participates and supervises procurement of materials, equipment and assets required for implementation of annual investment budget, to ensure proper quality of supplied items and achieve the best value within the planned budget.

Controls every invoice for services or materials against offers, contracts or other agreements and against actually executed works, to ensure accuracy of invoices and adherence to approved budgets.




Supervises the workforce in the department, assigns the tasks, based on expertise of each employee and nature of the works, to ensure the best possible execution of each task. Manages and assigns company cars, monitors fuel consumption and needed cars maintenance. Monitors and assigns working and non-working days, annual vacations, state holidays, days off and sick leaves to ensure uninterrupted work process. Conducts regular evaluation of  subordinates with regard to work performance, operational targets and achievements, and proposes the correctional, educational, training and development needs for his/her team.



Communication with State authorities to ensure compliance with legislation (calibration certificates, work permits, signage consents, inspections of electrical and grounding installations, etc.)


Preparation of various reports to:

  • Internal Audit (company cars (mileage and consumption) and generators (working hours and consumption),
  • Financial Division (invoices approved and handed over for payment, completion level of Capex projects, “CIP to asset activation forms” for completed projects, Opex level, etc.),
  • Division Director, CEO, other directors/managers (periodical/on demand reports on executed works and projects),
  • other reports as may be requested in relation to executed works.


Working on field - regular visits to the sites, to check for conditions of the assets and equipment, efficiency of maintenance, possible malfunctions or defficiencies that have not been reported, adherence to procedures, etc., and to discuss with site managers in order to identify weak areas and areas for possible improvements.





Organizes and manages other processes, activities and tasks related to the Company business and position of technical manager, upon request of the Operations Director.





  • Bachelor/University degree (Engineering)
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Advanced MS Office and computer skills
  • Driving license B category, minimum 3 years of driving experience


  • Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering
  • SAP user
  • AutoCAD


  • At least 5 years of engineering experience



  • 2-3 years in a role with managerial responsibilities will be considered an asset

  • Experience in multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of products’ technical requirements and safety handling (fuels, lubricants, hazardous waste, ADR certificate).
  • Technical knowledge of equipment at petrol stations (tanks, pipelines, pumps, volumeters, compressors, civil structures, electric, electronic, mechanical and electromechanical assemblies).
  • Legal knowledge (contracts,  etc.) and petroleum legislation knowledge.
  • Procurement knowledge (purchase orders, tendering process, offers evaluation, etc.)
