          Main Job Functions

• To supervise the execution of the project activities at logistic base and offshore, ensuring that all the operations and the equipment are in accordance with HSE Company HSE regulation, policies, technical guidelines and best practices, thereby assuring the safety of all personnel, Company assets and  the environment.
• To provide support to HSE Manager.

           Key Responsibility Areas

• To provide HSE support to operations at logistic base and offshore (contractors’ surveillance and performance monitoring, waste management, audits and inspections);
• To ensure HSE statistics and reporting;
• To investigate incidents and accidents and issue investigation reports;
• To ensure support on emergencies according to the Company’s Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP).
• To support development of EIA Studies, environmental surveys, HSE plans, reporting and attend internal meetings and with authorities;
• To maintain, implement and monitor the HSE Integrated Management Systems (HSE-IMS) in support of Company’s activities.

          Candidate Specifications

• Ability to make quick decision and work without or with a minimum supervision;
• Availability to carry out tasks to be performed offshore (audits, inspections);

           Qualifications

• Accredited University Degree in environmental / chemical / mechanical / civil / mining engineering, geology or biology;
• 2-3 years of proven experience in HSE;
• Proven experience in industrial sites, Oil & Gas industry and offshore activities is a strong advantage;
• Excellent oral and written English;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
