Opis posla:

 

For our clinets we are searching for Planning, Reporting & Analysis Supervisor in Podgorica.

Accountabilities

·        Reviews and analyses economic data in order to prepare daily and monthly reports to the management

·        Preparation and timely submission of monthly management reports on company´s performances to the Group

·      Tracking and controlling the variations of company's performance (Volumes, Costs, Profitability) vs budget throughout the year

·        Preparation of quarterly financial reports to the Group in accordance with IFRS

·        Preparation of business plans

·        Preparation of Rolling Forecast on a regular basis

·        Supervises, develops and trains subordinate staff

·       Preparation of various ad hoc reports and presentations to support business decisions

Zahtevi:

Profile Requirements:

·        University Degree, in the area of Finance, Economy or Business Management and Administration

·        Relevant working experience in Finance, preferable 3+ years

·        Fluent knowledge of English language

·        Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

·        Experience in using financial systems (SAP or similar)

·        Experience in working in international companies is considered as an advantage

·        Know how to transform raw data into actionable business insights

·        Are flexible, capable and courageous to confront issues and opportunities with speed, endurance and decisiveness

·        Enjoy working in dynamic teams & eagerly and openly share with others to achieve better outcomes

·        Pursue ideas and innovation that generate new possibilities, improvement and value
