Opis posla:

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

To provide project management with accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan and identifying areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action. To develop and apply project contact administration practices and manage contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle dedicated to exploration offshore drilling activities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

  • Support the well Operations Dept with contract administration and cost control during the engineering & operations preparation, well operations and post drilling
  • Effective management of Contract & purchasing issues for well operations;
  • Handles post contract award administration for drilling activities;
  • Deals with problems about the execution of purchase Orders/Works contracts for drilling operations;
  • Provides the economic and procurement-related expertise with drilling operations;
  • Performs liaison activities between Company-Contractors/Suppliers for the related drilling activities;
  • Provides necessary assistance in identifying commercial impacts and fast problem solving during operations;
  • Acts in the respect of professional ethics and Company code of practice;
  • Prepares systematic Reporting related to the Contract Administrator and cost control activities before, during and after drilling activities;
  • Timely and accurate execution of cost controls, support in budget and forecasting preparation;
  • Support in cost controlling and monitoring during the drilling operations
  • Cost Breakdown Structure updating according to existing cost estimates;
  • Updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements;
  • Help the department with Updating of procurement and contract plans;
  • Perform earned value analysis and cost effectiveness for drilling operations;
  • Assuring/developing and maintaining all cost reports (supported by software tools);
Zahtevi:

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Basic knowledge with oil business & drilling and well operations
  • Knowledge with the drilling equipment, tools and services

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Strong academicals background (Economics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar deegres);
  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry desirable;
  • Experience in  cost control and contract administration for oil bisiness ( better if well operations);
  • Excellent oral and written English;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Expirience in special softwares (reporting systems, SAP, SIGEP) desirable but not obligatory;
