Conducting employee onboarding and helping plan training & development
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions in the internal rulebook and other bylaws
Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly
Assist in the implementation of HR policies throughout the organization
Assists with the preservation of all information, documentation, and evidence, and ensures the safe record keeping, handling and transfer of archives
Takes care of the proper keeping and recording of paper and electronic documents of the company according to the laws
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
