• Conducting employee onboarding and helping plan training & development

• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)

• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions

• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status

• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions in the internal rulebook and other bylaws

• Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly

• Assist in the implementation of HR policies throughout the organization

• Assists with the preservation of all information, documentation, and evidence, and ensures the safe record keeping, handling and transfer of archives

• Takes care of the proper keeping and recording of paper and electronic documents of the company according to the laws

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.

• Good understanding of the full recruitment process.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
