• Organises, manages, controls, coordinates and is responsible for the company’s overall maintenance/repair activities.
• Organises, manages, controls and coordinates all activities related to technical servicing, repair and refurbishment/retrofit of installations and equipment.

• Participates in company management in line with economic indicators and the business programme by developing and proposing for approval a strategy and tactics for profitable operation.
• Ensures and controls compliance and quality of materials used and adherence to documentation requirements during repair, maintenance and refurbishment of high‑risk installations, in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Organises, manages and controls scheduled and emergency repairs; participates in negotiating the scope of repair works with external contractors and controls execution.
• Defines and allocates tasks among heads of directions/areas, departments, units, services and workshops and organises effective cooperation.
• Organises, coordinates and ensures operational provision of repair/restoration works with the necessary resources, tools, devices and tooling equipment; ensures efficient use of machines, installations, materials, energy, tools and equipment.
• Participates in commissioning after repair and controls compliance with instructions/regulations for safe operation and technical supervision of high‑risk installations.
• Participates in development of the company’s repair plan.

• Educational and qualification level 7 – Master’s degree.
• More than 5 years’ work experience in a production unit of a power plant.
Specific skills:
• In‑depth knowledge of mechanics, thermal power engineering, heat engineering and hydraulics, and core technical disciplines.
• Knowledge of the main production process and the specific machines used in the company.
• Knowledge of technical characteristics, design features, purpose, physical location and operating modes of the assigned equipment.
• Knowledge of planning methods, organization and technology of repair works for the serviced installations.
